Easy Mexican Casserole Recipe: Takes Less than 30 minutes!๐ŸŒฎ ๐Ÿฅ˜

Ingredients: 
-1 or 2 big bags or Doritos (depending on how crunchy you want)
-ground meat (I prefer ground turkey, but ground chicken or ground beef would work fine)
-Full-size jar of salsa (medium or hot whatever you prefer)
-taco seasoning
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-1 can of tomato paste 
-1 bag of shredded Mexican mixed cheese 

-large sauce pan 
-casserole pan
-OVEN TO 325

Step 1: 
Add meat to pan, begin cooking. I like to add my taco seasoning to the meat while it is still raw. I believe it allows the seasoning to cook within the meat and not just on the surface. 

Step 2: 
 (You can do this step while the meat is browning.)
Open Dorito bag and crush chips. Also open cans. 

Step 3:
When the meat is done cooking, (drain if needed and add back to the pan) add tomato paste, the whole jar of salsa, and cream of mushroom. 
Sir and cook together, let simmer for 2-5 minutes. 

Step 4:
In casserole pan begin layering, as if this were lasagna. Chips, meat sauce, cheese, chips, meat sauce, chese, chips and cheese on top. 

Step 5: 
Place in oven just until cheese is melted.

Step 6:
Cut, serve, enjoy! Sometimes I add my favorite taco sauce or sour cream to mine.
